Quality
Policy It is our policy to always meet and exceed the changing needs of our group and commercial customers through the continued development of our business and investment in our people. Our aim is to produce products that consistently meet the customer's requirements by applying high standards of quality assurance and customer service. These standards are reviewed as part of the continual improvement process. This will be achieved by operating and maintaining a quality management system that meets the requirements of the European Quality Standard EN ISO 9001:2000. All our employees have been made aware of our commitment and objectives for quality. Personnel in supervisory positions are required to ensure that the policy is understood and implemented in the areas of their responsibility. Our business plan contains a number of objectives that must be met to ensure the plan's success. These objectives in turn determine the objectives of our employees that are satisfied by training and development of the individual where necessary. |
